About Hill & Associates

Hill & Associates is a Manufacturer's Representative organization specializing in OEM sales of motors, controls and gearing. The company was started in 1978 by Jim and Lianne Hill. We have always utilized a "synergistic" sales model. Using this model allows us to present our customers and principals a wide variety of products, opportunities and technologies not normally "cross pollinated" in differing markets. Hill & Associates works very closely with its principals to develop specific sales goals and marketing strategies to grow existing business and penetrate new markets in our territory. Our product knowledge, expertise and field experience in all facets of motion control gives our principals a unique sales advantage in our territory. Our primary territory consists of California, Arizona and Nevada, with sales offices located throughout. 

The home office is centrally located in San Clemente, California. The facility consists of 2500 sq. ft. of administrative offices and 5000 sq. ft. of stocking warehouse. We have 11 employees, 7 of which are outside and inside sales people with an average of 20 years of professional experience in related motion control products. Our highly experienced staff helps reduce the technical support required from the principals.
